Do you feel that occasional back pain after standing, sitting and moving?
Have you tried stretching your hand when you wake up and then all your back bones start cracking too?
Well, we're sharing an exercise that will help out those little kinks we feel. We all know how important a good stretch is to our bodies and this week's pole conditioning exercise with @angelina.polerina shows just that.
What's in it for you:
• Strengthen your back and core
• Increase flexibility
• Prevents back injuries
What you'll need:
• Yoga mat
• Yoga block
"Praise @superflyhoneyworld sticky leggings for saving my skin from this absolute knee-pit shredder of a combo and for giving me the confidence to try gargoyle they are magical!" - Angelina Polerina
Lay on your stomach with yoga block between knees.
Extend the arms in front of you and squeeze the block between your legs.
Contract your glutes while holding the block between your thighs. Slowly lift thighs and chest off ground.
Don't let the block slip!
Pause at the top for a moment and then release.
Return to Step 1, repeat 10 - 15 reps and aim for 3 sets.
