Climb and fly your way up to reach your pole dreams with the Flying Climb!
This is a simple beginner level trick that anyone can easily do and look great in.
Let Gianna Locher of IG: @giannasophie teach you how to do this pole trick.
Gianna Locher is wearing Sticky Fishnet Leggings, click the link below to know more about this pole wear.
Step 1: Climb up the pole at a comfortable height. One climb up is enough to do this trick, but you can go higher.
Step 2: Once at the right height, lean back. Arch your back, keep your butt away from the pole, and position your chest towards the pole. Make sure your knees are pressed against the pole.
Step 3: Release your front arm (one facing the camera) and stretch it out. Take your front leg (one facing the camera) and slightly bend it behind the pole.
You are now in a sitting position. Practice this move first before you attempt to do the flying climb which involves letting go of both hands.
Step 4: Once you are comfortable enough, try out the flying climb pose by releasing the other hand.
Make sure that the key areas are positioned correctly to achieve this move. These are your knees, your back, and your chest.
Step 5: To exit out of this move, grab the pole and slide down.
